HGTV Curb Appeal: Day Five

Some days aren’t exciting, but usually that means a lot of work is getting done, and that was the case today. While the masons continued to work on the flagstone walls and walkway, I had a great opportunity to be present with key commentary in recording a segment for on-air today. I spoke to John about the flagstone work, pulling out the lighting that will be installed tomorrow and we also analyzed the handiwork of the finished trellis as well. Looking to the next day, I plan to finish the carpentry, set the electric, install the bench, finish up the flagstone and start on the brick work. Lastly, a reporter from the Dallas Voice also inquired with me about the work done and arranged to run a lifestyle piece on Grun·Built in their newspaper. Free publicity is always a good thing.
